    my Choice Hi! I’m on my 3rd week of doing this workout, and I honestly feel lighter. My stomach for some reason, looks more toned than before. You should try it also! It will honestly make you feel good.

    I had great results from your 'bra bulge + armfit fat workout' and 'this workout'. I have been doing this 2 workouts continuosly for the past month (took 3 dys break coz of my period). My shoulder is toned, arms also, my bra bulge is entirely gone and my obligues are visible now. I ll give my before and after measurements (in inches). My current weight is 49kg , height is 153 cm. Before Arms : 11 (R), 10.5 (L) Armpit chest width : 33 Breast : 34.5 Waist : 28.5 Tummy : 30.5 Hips : 37 After Arms : 10.4 (R), 10 (L) Armpit chest width : 31.5 Breast : 34 Waist : 27 Tummy : 29 Hips : 36 Note : I had no visible results for the first two weeks so i was really disappointed but gradually i could see how my body was changing, so plz continue doing whichever workout u started with, u will definetly get those toned body. I do not know how to thank Hana Milly , i am so grateful to u.. I love when u smile at the camera..lots n lots of love.💙 Currently doing your 'wider hips and hip dips fix workout", started yesterday. Also, give me suggestions for hip dip fix. #LovefromKerala.

    Hai sis.... I started workout from august and ur work outs are amazing and this month(sep), my weight reduced from 78 kgs to 67 kgs... I m very happy to share this with u... U are amazing...     @@VijayaLakshmi-yn4nu first started with simple excercises... Then started doing "" plank "". Plank is one of tha best exercises that show superb results 🤩. Still I m doing plank n it's variations. Then #hanamilly's# work out for lower abs, upper body, thighs and butt and etc... with strict diet. And finally chole tings abs challenge...

    @sana banu I've noticed my belly fat has shrunk in size and I feel as if it is tighter and less loose. My waist has also dropped in by 2 whole inches. It's been over a month and I'm still doing these workouts because they're easy yet effective. It's been hard to get rid of, but with her workouts and eating with a calorie deficit, you will see a difference. But it is most effective when you do multiple workouts. Hana recently uploaded new workouts similar to this; which I've also added to my schedule. Try it out and Good Luck!

    All workouts is fine and good! Thumbs up! im just want to add some comments or suggestions, Make some caption or put some voice over about the time or how many seconds are left, or maybe some motivation like "you can do it we have 10 seconds left! " some of us cannot Look at the screen at all times. its looks like boring and feel so sleepy about the background music.

    I did this with burn under bra fat routine continued with a jump rope routine, ( 200*5), in 2weeks i lost 2kg (4.4 pounds)

    Waowww Hana, this is incredible, just day 1 after following your routine exercise, its more like my sides are on vibration mode, like seriously ,( and that comes with pain) but am not gonna stop, today is my day two, sweating profusely, but girl, I feel GREAT!!!! Thank you!!!!
