    *It works!!* I did this along with other 3 similar workouts of Hana for a little over 2 weeks and the results over rode expectations! My whole shoulder, collarbone and neck area is a lot more defined than it used to be just two weeks ago. *Anyone contemplating over whether to do this or not, don't overthink it. It's a nice and fun workout with NOTHING TO LOSE. You've got this; this is a step further to the goal body you have in mind.* 😊😊

    I will do it from tomorrow 🙈😻 gonna update for 7 days for sure....keep motivating me😇 DAY 1- I did it....My arms were sore at 2nd set. But I will continue 😇 DAY 2- Done✔ DAY 3-Done✔ DAY 4-Done✔ sorry I always forget to update 😬 I can see a little bit difference in my shoulders and neck looking more slim...🤩 DAY 5- Done✔ I m doing this without any break now 😌 it was burning so badly 🔥 now 2 days to go I noticed slightly difference on my neck area.... DAY 6- Done ✅ DAY 7-Just did✅ honestly this workout Toned my shoulder area...I can see the difference 😍 I m gonna do this for next week too🙈

    I am doing this and will be sharing my results after 1 week. Stay tuned! ✌ 1st day ✔️ Done! 2nd day ✔️ Done! 3 rd day ✔️ Done! ( my arms become sore after the 1st break but I felt so relaxed after the workout 😊) 4 th day ✔️ Done! 5th day ✔ Done! (I feel my shoulders thinner as compared to the first day 🙈) 6 th day ✔ Done! (I was out so I did it very late) 7 th day ✔️ Done! (My shoulders look more defined from that of the first day...I loved the result 😍😍 will continue this exercise for one more week and then share my results. 💞💞) My shoulders , neck, arms look thinner and defined 😍🙈

    My shoulders are pretty rounded due to slouching and I've been doing this for about 5 days only (with two days break) but I can already see around 40% improvement. I can keep them straight easier without knowing it. 😆 thank you for this!!!

    day 1- literally i didnt even finish the whole thing bc i just got done doing legs and abs, so i only went through the first half, AND I CAN ALR SEE CHANGES. Like not when im sitting still but when i move my arms around my collar bones are so visible now, and it’s not like a JURASSIC change, but like it’s 110% working. But please if you aren’t seeing what I’m seeing don’t give up, i lose weight quickly in my arms and stomach area when I work out, which is probably why i’m seeing visible change quickly. But if you arent like me like give it 3-4 days tbh. everyone’s bodies are different!

    @@keerthishree7112 I don't think so, wide shoulders are because of bone structure but it can improve your posture which makes a difference in appearance.

    I just did this workout for the first time today and it really hits the right areas. You can feel slight burn in your neck, upper back, and shoulders. Will remain continuous with this one since I've been trying to define my collarbone. At the moment its a bit visible however, I want it defined so it can even be seen from a distance.

    Ok so I did with workout and the stretching video she suggested at the beginning of the video last week all last week and for the first time in my life I’ve actually gotten results from a workout video. This really does work! (Do both videos for faster results you’ll thank me later) I had always been insecure of my shoulders b/c they were so manly and my collar bone didn’t show... and I’m so happy with the results I will try to do this everyday !

    Day 2 done! Today was easier than yesterday. But still felt the burn though 😅 Thanks again Hana😘 Day 3 done! It's becoming easier to do this 👏🏾💪🏾.. Day 4 done! I'm starting to master it much better today🤩💪🏽 Day 5 done! All I can say is that it's getting fun to do this exercise 🥰💪🏽🤸🏾‍♀️ Day 6 done! Whoop whoop! I can't believe that tomorrow is day 7 already!🎉🥳🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️💪🏽 Day 7 done! Whoop whoop! I'm so proud of myself and everyone that finished this workout 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💪🏽🤸🏾‍♀️..     @@deepthiraju365 To be honest I don't know, I did not make a before and after picture, before I started this exercise , and I'm already on the slender side from my neck shoulders and arms. But I do feel stronger, and i really enjoyed doing this particular exercise the past 7 days.

    Day 1: ✅ let's do this💪😁 Day 2: ✅ it burns 😫 respekt to the ones, that can do this without stopping😅🔥 Day 3: ✅ sorry I forgot to upload😅 Day 4: ✅ i fortgot to mention that I do this in combination with the streching Routine that she mentioned in the beginning Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ there is not results yet, but I also didn't expect it in this short amount of time😅 so i will just keep going.. let's see when I start to notice differences

    @@shasjp There are still not that much result, but I can say that I definitly got stronger, because I can do the workout without stopping, I lost 0.5 cm at my arms and my posture got way better. I never had the type of body, which changes immediately after doing 3 exercises 😅 I have been doing Chloetings Workouts for about 4 months now, and I started noticing differences about one month ago... It all takes time🤗 keep going and push yourself 🥰❤

    Starting it from tomorrow 💜 Day 1: done ✔️ Day 2: done✔️ (I am not in any diet just eating healthy but had pizza for lunch (guilty pleasure 😍🥺) Day 3: done ✔️ I could feel more pain and tension in and around my triceps while doing forward and backward swiming exercise. Day 4: done ✔️ I learnt the forward and backward swiming finally. Will kill it in the following days. I don't want to stop this in 7 days. I am going to add this in my routine. I could feel strength in my arms already. Thanks 💜 Day 5: Done✔️ I killed the forward and backward swiming but after the exercise it killed me though 😂😂😂. It was great seeing results. Man shoulders definitely gone 😁😁😁😁 Day 6: done ✔️ Day 7: done ✔️ Completed the challenge I loved it and as I said it is in my daily routine. Than you Hana 💜

    I started today, reminding : i have big arms and no neck line visible Day 1: it's ok the pain is mesurable, but i think it's bc i did other video for arms Day 2: i don't know why but i was more difficult To do than day 1, also the up of my back and neck feeled stiff this morning D3: i don't Feel/see any difference on my body, some exercice on the video are still difficult D4: 😷 D5: lazy D6:
