    Starting today . But im already doing INTERMMITENT FASTING.But ill keep doing this excercise for fast losing belly fat . DAY 1 : DONE DAY 2 : DONE (so much sweat and pain at my abdomen) DAY 3 : DONE ( so much sweat just bec. Im using sauna suit . But theres a changes on my belly it becomes a little nit flatten) DAY 4 : DONE (its become easily doing the excercise.) DAY 5 : DONE ( ohh my back is on pain ) DAY 6 : DONE ( one more day to see the result ) DAY 7 : DONE ! (Yay! Finally i'll finish this one week excercise. Ok here's my result . Before my waist was 110 cm And now its 102 cm. Haha i lost 8 cm within a week . Thank you Ms. Hana for this wonderful excercise :) I will continue doing it until i get my waistline goal 😊😊😊

    Started this workout today...target is to loose 1and half to 2inches. Let's see how it goes. My waist is 36.5inches. Day 1: ✅( took more breaks between the exercises and felt really hard to catch the pace) Day 2:✅(got better but I was not able to balance in the last exercise) Day 3: ❌I felt tired.. and took rest .. Day 4:✅( did twice in mrng and evng 😅) Day 5:✅(+strawberry workout) Day 6:✅(+14days saddlebag workout ) Day 7:✅(+strawberry workout ....one more day for results) Day 8: ✅ conpleted 🍻💃hurray!!! So, Results are : my waist is 35 inches now(1.5 inches reduced) and I very glad that i achieved my first fitness goal and even more happy that I got the kick start for my fitness journey💪 Thank you Hana !! ❤ Please suggest me workouts for intense full body... I love u loads...💘

    I want to follow this work out. Waist : 45 inches. All I need is someone to help remind me of my exercise and at times I forget exactly which one of her routine I am following. So with a reminder, I will be able to track where to update. I have about 30kg to lose as I weigh about 105kg. I want to reduce to about 75kg first. Thank you all in advance. Day one 👍

    I started trying today..let me share my experience Note: I have lower belly and extras at hip. Current hip size: 97 cm, Weight : 70.6 and I'm not following any diet. Day 1: Felt hard to do the mat exercise. After the excercise felt very tired which made me to sleep for 30 mins and experienced bit grip in hip. Day 2: Early morning I felt some pain above the abdomen and I did only 90% excercise today.

    Im happy to say this challenge really helped me with my lower hanging belly. It really works!!!! Its not all the way gone yet im on a weightloss journey 35 lbs lost 24 more to go!     @@sabishimilkshake8533 robiłam raz dziennie co mniej więcej 2 dni :) I oczywiście ćwiczyłam również z innymi filmikami na poszczególne partie + cardio, ciężko mi więc określić ile schudłam dzięki temu jednemu, konkretnemu filmikowi. Ale na ogół moje wyniki to -9 kg w 8 miesięcy + praktyczne wyeliminowanie słodyczy z diety i zdrowe odżywianie. Ćwiczę około 5-6 razy w tygodniu po ok. 35-50 minut ^^

    i started it today :. i am also doing aerobic exercise(30 min long) Day 1: i did 50% because the mat parts were so difficult and my legs are hurting really bad and there is a little bit pain in my back and at night my arms were teribally hurting because of aerobic.... btw my weight is 70kg Day 2: i did 70% and i am sweating heavily....... i felt a little pain in back and abdomen.....
