Didi kuch mahino pehle mjhe lower back mei pain hua tha. Sidhe khada hona bhi mushkil ho rha tha. Doctor ne 4 medicines de diye maine sirf 2 din khaya aur phir apki lower back wali purani videos se practice krne lga aj mjhe koi pain nhi h... Thank you soo much KZread pe itni positive initiative lene k liye. Mai apka sada abhari rahunga
