मैम ! आप बहुत अच्छा समझाती है, लेकिन समय ज्यादा लेती हो, एक पैर का आसन आपने दिखा और समझा दिया,,,,, तो फिर दूसरे पैर का आसन करके दिखाने की ज़रूरत नहीं रह जाती। 🙏🙏
