    Thank you sir, actually I'm fell in sciatica nerve issue some days before I cannot walk after wake up at morning getting too much back side of thigh pain after I try this at evening and morning continuously now I'm really healthy .before I cannot do this even one step also now I'm doing every step very clearly .I'm 38 yrs old past 7yrs back I met an accident and my back bone and seat side got injury I thought it's coming again and again but now I'm rite. I tried only few days back from this yoga and now I'm really good I donot have any pain thank you so much ....

    Bahut bahut dhanyvad aapko main 2 mahine se Dard se pareshan hun 2-3 doctors ko bhi bataen painkiller Lo jab tak achcha lagta FIR wapas vahi Dard 2 din se main niyamit abhyas aapka kar rahi hun usse mujhe kafi relief hai
