    Shahida mam, my age is 18 years right now. And I was suffering from second grade piles since two years. Now I have symptoms of diarrhoea also.     This session of breathing kriya of kapalbhati followed by alternate breading (anulom vilom) is very very informative.     Sister previously I used to practice yoga asans and it was continued for 15-16 years definitely I got there benefits and I became strong but slim and flexible body.But after that I can’t practice it regularly,now I am 70 and my joints got stiff and now it was not possible to practise again those postures.But so many thanks to you as you have explained other options to perform these practices,and definitely I will follow you.Again so many thanks.
