Fast Relief Yoga for Bloating & Constipation | Exercises to FART! Tired of feeling uncomfortable, bloated, and constipated? These gentle stretches are great to get things moving fast giving you relief to beat constipation.
Constipation can be a symptom of pelvic floor dysfunction. When pelvic floor muscles are too tight this makes going to the bathroom difficult. Working on relaxing and releasing the pelvic floor, like these exercises helps get things moving to relieve discomfort. Coupling your breath with these exercises is key.

This is such an important video because many of us with pelvic dysfunction or pudendal neuropathy are on strong pain medicines that cause constipation. It's essential that these stretches be incorporated to help combat the constipation. Along with hydration, additional deep breathing etc. Thanks for hitting this topic head on when a lot of therapist shy away from it.

8 weeks post op today. i had to skip the plank and forward bend at the beginning. is this workout reco for the early stages of recovery? happy baby had to be a half happy baby according to the literature ive read. Thoughts?

Way to go! We actually have a yoga for rectocele video! I love how you modified and listened to your body so amazing! I always recommend being cleared by you doctor before beginning exercises. And then it is all about how you are doing the exercises and managing intra-abdominal pressure.
