@DrMelissaOleson. This was great. I've been dealing with piriformis syndrome for six months. I felt a bit of relief after these stretches. 😊 Where can I find other piriformis videos?
I don’t want to jinx it but my piriformis syndrome (which I’ve been suffering with for months) is almost gone since I started doing this. 🙏
