    I've done everything but this, diet change & way more water, a teaspoon of olive oil in the morning, abdominal massages laxatives cuz I've got chronic constipation & I strain to go to the bathroom and had no idea that straining made constipation worse so thank you for this video and all your other videos on strengthening the pelvic floor, I'm going to try it out after I make my kids dinner. I've got all the symptoms of PFD & then some!
