Our feet, hips, spine, stress, nervous system and so much more all impact our pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor needs to adapt, react, respond, length, activate to all of our daily movements and this is why kegels are NOT working for you!
Your pelvic floor therapist should be teaching you about your breathing, posture, how to properly activate the pelvic floor, & ultimately getting to the root cause. Not just showing you kegels!
