Great video! Thank you for explaining everything and for being so truthful ❤
Lovely and efficient exercises, thank you so much.
Good video and Thanks jessica for explaining the exercises in a understandable way
Thank you for making it so simple!
so helpful, thank you!
Dear Jessica, thank you so much for all your videos, they helped me greatly during pregnancy and postpartum! I find myself pregnant again at 9 months postpartum and my diastasis recti still didn't recover from the previous pregnancy. Could you make a video for healing DR excercises during pregnancy? Thanks in advance, having found your channel was a blessing!
Thank you! It was great to find a video:)
This is a very good, well targeted 15min routine. Thank you! I only had a minor tear and was doing well at 6 weeks postpartum while ignoring to do the recommend pelvic floor strengthening exercises. Well, by 8 weeks it started becoming clear that my pelvic floor wasn't okay. I'm not leaking but even turning around in bed using those muscles has become a struggle. Moral of the story is don't ignore doing this even if you feel well on the short term...

Is your pelvic better now?
You’re just great! I’ve been doing exercise with you since I was pregnant and I felt great! Thanks for making and posting the videos!!!❤❤❤

These are amazing exercises and tips at the end of the video! Thank you for sharing! Got a subscriber here :)
Many thanks, that was exactly what I needed, with my 3 months post partum, not only with linking but also with low utero.
Is there any list of these exercises and time length to hold? Like a sequence with length? Thanks! Love these videos!!! 😊😊😊
Did you think “leaking a little” when you sneeze or jump was normal? It’s common, but not normal! Consistent pelvic floor and core exercises can stop it in many cases 👏 Do you “leak a little”?

Pregnancy and Postpartum TV Haha “leak a little” more like peed my pants once I started exercising again - especially when teaching Zumba! So that makes sense with jumping!
I’m 60 and I believe these will help!
Even my husband noticed an improvement in my pelvic floor, thank you! 😉
It is soooo hard to remember to take care of my pelvic floor! It took a surprise sneeze today for me to find this video again! Haha 😄 I'm going to put a reminder in my calendar to do this every other night when I watch a show.

Haha! Yes, and it’s definitely something all of us need to keep up with! I go in cycles too :)
When would you suggest starting your postpartum workout plan? Is it something more introductory like easing into exercise after you’ve been cleared 6 weeks? This one was so good! Thank you.

There are light exercises you can start with as soon as you're discharged from the hospital if you had a natural birth. They mostly focua on breathing and massaging one's abdomen, google that
Just wanted to say thanks for the video I am 7 months postpartum, this has helped to stop leaking before I can get to the toilet in just a couple of days by doing one or twice a day.
This was great. Is it ok to do these during third trimester? Or do you have another video for pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy? Thank you!
honestly, this really does work. I'm 9 months postpartum and I had trouble doing jump robes due to leaking. I've been doing this for 4 days straight and I've noticed a difference. Also I'm a fan of your videos ever since I was pregnant. Thank you so much. Love from Dubai

Is it okay to do this straight after birth or I wait a few days?
I had c section and Iam 3 weeks postpartum When can I start doing these exercises
Hi I am 2.5 weeks pp. when can I start these exercises?

Usually moms are cleared at 6 weeks pp for exercise, however these are very gently pelvic floor exercises. My pelvic floor physio said it was okay 3 weeks pp, but I had a natural birth, not tearing so I would check with your doctor physio to or be sure :)
Can you do this prenatal too? I did these after my 1st child and it helped, now I am noticing since I am pregnant again, I need some pelvic floor work again.
