    I never been into yoga but my knee has been terrible and just clicked the first yoga video I saw. My back and knee feel 10x better. Might put this into my daily routine!

    Thanks! Dealing with some knee pain after another yoga class that brought back some sharp knee pain during cow/hero/vírásana pose that I’ve been dealing with for a few weeks.

    For hip abduction can you be Rolled foreword very slightly or do you have to Roll all the way foreword?

    Very slightly works. What you want to check in with is what muscles you are feeling & if not feeling the right muscles fire up making the small adjustments help!
