Dimmed the lights and stretched it out ! Put everything I had I to this one. Feeling my breath ! It feels so good !

This is one of my favorites so far. I have scoliosis and since following your videos I just feel better overall. I love that I don't have to be a contortionist to complete the exercises and that your instructions are so clear and easy to follow. I look forward to my time on the mat now. Thank you.

I'm nearly 65. Had hip replacement surgery 3 yrs ago then promptly went to a full time (10-11 hr days) sitting at a desk and feel like I've not fully rehabed that hip. This routine showed me that thigh's weakness.

Definitely feeling and noticing yesterday’s stretches during tonight’s !! 😊. Really like the breath work as still working to connect exhale to pelvic floor. Thank you so much for these workouts ! I look forward to Costa Rica every evening ! 😂

Im learning, me core is so weak and mushy. Im really happy I am keeping up. I feel the different muscles in my core trying to cooperate so its all good. Thank you

Today's practice was great prep for gardening. Any tips for digging with a shovel without adversely affecting the pelvic floor?

Yesss!! Love it! Warm up and cool down exercises are great (maybe some of your favs from the challenge). And the breathing techniques we have been using throughout the challenge can also be helpful when digging. Have fun & happy gardening!
