Great video! I know about the water and it’s something I need to incorporate in more in my life. I have learned that it helps with keeping your skin less creepy. The tips she had about squatting is something we just don’t think about but it makes sense, we are at 90 degree angle and the old school European had the whole in the ground. Tips on the picking a time in the morning to just train the body. And the P(s); Peaches,Pears and prunes. Electrolytes too, I am a person that enjoys good cocktails and I have approximately anywhere from 5 to 8 a week. Which is dehydrating. These tips will help!

Most don't know it takes 24hrs or more to digest 1 meal, an effect of sugars, also fruit🍉🥝🥭 should be eating like 20-30 min before or after other foods, cause it digest differently, an drinks 🥛🍹🧃 30-45min after eating ,cause it's washes away enzymes you need to digest your food..you only need 1 or 2cups of water🥤 for every meal you digest, ...most issues are from over eating, thats why fasting is on the rise...

I have diverticulosis and can get external hemrroids. I already know what to do and tips for that. I have upped my fiber intake. And have had the stool, squat and go for along time now. I like to add some electrolyte packets sometimes. Otherwise I try to drink at least 64 oz a day. It can be hard and a lot because I have over active bladder. So I have to find a happy medium and I think I drink too much or even too little and having to go a lot. But I do the pelvic floor exercises and stretches already. Those can help and so does pumpkin seed oil supplement. I did just get psyllium capsules and greens powder to help if I don’t have enough good for fiber source cuz I have to get groceries. 😅 And I’ve been taking probiotics for years so I still take those continuously. I just got a kind that does have a fiber blend so that helps being a prebiotic-which is fiber. 😃

I loved the simple tip of using rolls of toilet paper to prop up your feet when using the toilet - an Easy solution. The number one change I will make (besides propping feet) is to drink 1/2 my weight in ounces of water per day. So I’ll aim for 70 oz/day. That should be doable. And electrolytes will be a bonus. Thanks. This is packed full of tips I plan to slowly add to my routines to help move things along. I sincerely thank you both.

Yup, I had my uterus removed in my late 20s. First it started with a bladder prolapse repair and then in the last 10 years I have had to have multiple pelvic floor prolapse repair surgeries. I have told my surgeon about how hard it is for me to go especially before the repair. They sent me home with some stool softeners but through all of this, no one has ever talked to me about ways I can position myself or what I can do to relieve some of the pressure off my pelvic floor. I jsut had my last repair earlier this year and now I am started to feel a reoccurrence 😭 I have been referred to a pelvic floor physical therapist but I jsut do not have the time to be able to go there 3 times a week when the closest one to me is over an hour away. I I find it interesting that other places in the world seem to figure out the toilets need to be lower to the ground or they have the foot stools built in. Why not in the US? Is this a vanity thing? My biggest issue is struggling with the shy bowel, I can’t even go in my own home when others are around!!! This has gotten way worse since Covid and my partner works only from home. I actually have better luck finding a public restroom that is just a single person bathroom than trying to go at home.. ughh I have tried so many different techniques and therapy to work on this but I just came seem to shake it. It’s so frustrating

Uncomfortable topic, lol--thanks for tackling it. MUST emphasize medications, b/c for some reason docs/surgeons will prescribe opiates after surgery but not mention you need some prune juice, stool softener etc. After surgery you might need antibiotics, destroying your microbiome, so constipation can lead to stuff like SIBO and now you are really up shits creek, b/c fiber blows you up, but you need it to get things moving--catch 22. Post surgery you might be stressed, which you mention, but you might also be laid up in bed, so you can't walk every day, which is vital

I respect your experience here. I have had success with betaine -hcl to increase stomach acid. Also, basically any amount of exercise, even walking, helps digestion. I mean if your body is undamaged and can run a couple miles, I dare your GI tract to fail at peristalsis with all of that mechanical jostling and helpful motion. Best of luck to you kathleen @@kathleengivant-taylor2277

They should start teaching this to kids in youngest grades incl post lunch bathroom trips. Maybe add toilet stools at least classrooms to demo. Also how to improvise in public. How many toddlers have their wee legs hanging off adult toilets trying to 💩?? We give our babies ILU massage but stop when toddler. Make it a fun game to learn how and why. I guess a lot less laxatives etc would be sold? 😊 We also need to teach financial literacy but that’s a diff soap box. 😉 PS you both look young and glowing!
