Hey bro I’m having a real hard time with the ring muscle ups. I can get the rings to my chest with a false grip no problem and I can bang out 15pull ups with the false grip as well. I can do 10 ring dips with the RTO. But the transition is killing me. What can I do to get over that hump? because as of now that’s really the only thing holding me back from doing the muscle up. Anyones advice is welcomed.

Have you tried with resistance bands under your knees/feet?

You should practice the transition technique with leg assistance + doing negatives. Once the negatives are stabile, you can only practice the transition between the lower end-point of the dip and the upper end-point of the pull-up. Resistance band variation also works.

Hey Adam I've been doing alot of back tucks recently and my lower abs are really painful. Is there any specific core exercise that can supplement the core through the strain of tumbling? Cheers
