Most of the crap food in the supermarket would have warning labels If the FDA was working for the public and not the huge food conglomerates 😢! Follow the money trail.

Organic fruits and vegetables, quinoa, amaranth, lean meat and fresh fish and no fried food. And no processed sugar, use (real) honey and dried fruit instead. Feel good and be strong and healthy. 💪

Should I use Creatine or Whey? And how many scoops /Grams per shake?? And also should I focus or lifting, Cardio or calisthenics ?

@@eastsidehustle7622 never saw difference with creatine in increased strenght, but when I take it,I usually notice im less lean after several weeks. As for whey its far better to eat real food with real protein. I just think Whey is not worth the cost, I rather spend 100$ on food rather than drink a discusting suggery drink every day. And for last. I advice calisthenics (except for leg training) And incorporating cardio can be a good thing, I personnally do 5min of dancing rope before training for blood flow and warm the body up. 25min after the session in order to burn calories. Lifting weights is also good because calisthenic is hard on your tendons and joints, If you wake up some morning and feel your body is not ready for hard skills on the rings or parallel bars, just go lift some dumbells and use machines if needed for a good old school pump and a injury free session training.
