    The first thing I have to do is even be able to assume any of these positions! Reps come later. Quite inspiring, yet somewhat humiliating to watch!

    That hollow body rock , was SOO clean been training hollow body holds for my handstands and it's very hard to even hold it constantly but you very dynamic with it, amazing work dude. I was also wondering if you could do a bigger video ok the scapula swing exercise from a previous video of yours.

    Genetic causes would be like his muscle fully formes and there not being a gap of muscle between your cheat or your muscle asymmetry but for the most part its a lit of hard work
