Great channel! Do you plan releasing bicep tendonitis prevention videos? Both proximal and distal, we use alot overhead exercises and are at risk developing that type of injury

Superhuman is REALLY shit like 1 arm muscle up, victorian cross on rings, 2 finger planche, 1 arm front lever pullups, 1 arm planche, maltese elevation, pelican planche pushup, endrada de angel and all variations

It's not really demanding on strength but most people (me included) have lost the necessary mobility in their ankles. Doing them in a decline (heel on an elevated position) may help.

@@nowhere340 yeah but hes not disproportionate the idea that a calisthenics guy should have bodybuilder glutes and quads is so silly to me ... we dont look that we because we dont train that way as it has no benefit to our training . Skipping legs is a mistake though

@@nowhere340 haha i train my legs pretty hard i just dont like pistol squats as a movement so i hike cross country 22 km 2x weekly with 30 pounds in my backpack ...honestly pretty good results and i have nice calfs😄

My friend weighs 110kg and 195cm and can do 8-10 muscle ups. I weigh the same as you but 193cm and 200cm wing span and can do a muscle up. Outside of handstand one these others are not THAT hard to train for.
