45 Minute Barreless Strength + Cardio Workout | Total Body | Dumbbells Only
Month 2 Day 3 Tone & Sculpt Program: • Barre Sculpt Month 2: ...
Grab a mat, a set of dumbbells (3-5 lbs recommended) and something to hydrate with. This barre inspired workout will focus on strengthening your body as well as conditioning your body. Be prepared for high volume reps during this endurance packed workout. Not many breaks are given, so if you need to take one (or more), DO IT! : ) During the timed exercises, I recommend finding a pace you can maintain for the allotted time (you don't have to go with my pace). The unilateral (one sided) movements are pretty challenging, as an option you can use something sturdy to help brace yourself. This one left me dripping in a pile of my own sweat. The total workout time is just shy of 45 minutes, the stretching at the end will put you right around 47 minutes. This is an amazing workout!!! Very tough but in a good way. I modified some of the movements and paused so I could get through it. I'm not a fan of the some of the workouts I see where the instructor silently goes through each exercise with a timer in the corner of the screen accompanied by loud music. I found it extremely helpful when Larie explains throughout the workout, techniques, what to do, what not to do and how you can modify. Like an actual fitness coach.

Killer workout! I am a fitness instructor and yoga teacher and my thing is all about that power and high intensity and am just super intense by nature and you challenged me!!! Thank you for the barre less workout this morning! I love barre, and this was a nice, unique challenge for me. I also love that you wore your glasses in this video. I only wear glasses ( I rarely wear contact lenses) and can totally relate to them slipping off when you are working out the hardest. LOL!!!

Did not hold the planks and could not keep up with the difficult curtsey lunges, very uncoordinated lol. But otherwise was a great workout. Really am loving all these barre wotkouts! 😀
