I'm SO happy that I found Nourish Move Love, Lindsey!! Prior to the global pandemic, I was an avid attender of all types of fitness classes at Lifetime Fitness. I love all of your workouts, but the cardio barre ones are my favorite! Your positive energy is infectious!! Also, with having a one-year-old at home, it's awesome that I can still have a solid sweat session even if I only have 30 minutes to work out on a given day. I am a nurse and the days and shifts that I work change week to week so I rarely can make in person classes, even pre-COVID. (I live in Prior Lake and would love to attend in person if it wasn't for work! Exciting to hear you are from MN :)) I do your classes at least every other day at home (at all different random times!) and have lost 5 lbs so far and have a ton of energy. Thank you so much!

THANK YOU for bringing the love and energy and free classes! I'm 27 weeks with my first and starting to slow down as the 3rd trimester approaches. I didn't have a good food day and was feeling sluggish. But, I got my my sports bra on and showed up on my mat. I feel so great and strong now!!

As someone who used to strictly strength train, Barre used to be what Lindsey calls a “learning to love” workout for me. The more I do it though, the more I can see how much I needed it. At first, these workouts were SO hard. I’m 33 and I can see now that if we don’t move like this on a regular basis, we really will lose it! Thank you for all that you teach us Lindsey. You’re so appreciated!

This one is one of my favorite barre class!!! 29 weeks pregnant now, did it with a light set of dumbellls and it feels great (and sweaty!) So glad I found your KZread page, I am doing 4 trainings per week and can't get enough of your workouts for almost 2 months now :) Can't wait to try other ones!

This was an AMAZING workout ! What I loved about it: the moves are so original and different from what I usually see. Challenged my muscles in a whole new way. Your energy is infectious and didn't feel the time go by. I didn't even use the resistance band, and only used 1kg (and then half a kilo) weights and sweated like crazy (also had to pause the video multiple times to catch my breath lol). Thanks for the awesome workout. Will defo do more of yours

These workouts have been great for me--First pregnancy and in my second trimester...I struggled at first finding exercise routines that were challenging but felt safe during pregnancy. These have been a perfect balance!

I follow her weekly program as well! This one was crazy this morning after doing yesterday’s BUT it was so fun and SO challenging!!! My daughter went to workout after me and I said ..please excuse the sweat on the mat!!!😂
