    This was on my recommended page and I'm so glad I tried it! This was definitely one of the most challenging online barre/pilates classes I've tried on KZread! I loved how dumbbells were incorporated to intensify the arm workouts which are often neglected in barre!

    This is my first time trying a video of yours, I just started trying more barre style videos. And wow! That was great. I usually don't love the "talking" through videos, but I have to say that I felt very encouraged and motivated by the positivity. Really fun routine!

    This barre exercise is INTENSE. The burn hurts so good, I am always shaking like a leaf and dripping in sweat at the end. Amazing workout!

    I loved this workout, I was in ballet years(and I mean years) ago and I have always loved inspired barre workouts but... I have never found one where I felt like I pushed myself and got a good workout until I found this one. I do your workouts 2-3 times a week and I love them!!! Thank you!!!

    This is one of my favorite workouts from Lindsey to come back to again and again. I feel stronger every time I do it! If you at all enjoy barre and HIIT then this workout is for you! It’s also a great way to start the week with a challenge! I would LOVE to see more like this! 😃

    I've tried a lot of video exercises and barre classes, and I'm soooo glad I found this! I LOVE how you add the arm exercises in between to give the legs a break! Maybe a 45-min version as well? ;) Thank you thank you!

    I've been doing your workouts for about 6 months. As someone of an older "vintage", this was the toughest, so had to modify some. However, after 30 minutes, I feel invigorated, and those muscles too! Thanks for these videos as well as your encouraging, positive personality.

    My barre studio shut down in person classes and I was devastated. I am so glad I found this channel because this workout was amazing. I did it in the morning with light ankle weights on for an extra challenge and I was dripping sweat by the end. I can’t believe she is able to talk the whole time this woman is in amazing shape.     That was fun, it was like time travel through the exercise ages: isometric, Denise Austin moves, tae-bo, pilates, yoga, and barre. Good for those of us who get easily bored and who are ADD about our exercise routine. She goes kind of fast, but just roll with it and smile.

I love how it incorporates all the muscle groups and cardio, and I love the pace!     This is my favorite barre video that I have done. I always dread barre day but I know it's good for me at 49. This routine flew by. Love your challenges and your great workouts! You really are a workout genius.

    Lindsey, you're the only instructor I trust when you suggest a range for hand weights! I'll usually go up in weights with other videos but that sooo does not happen here!! LOL I'm also loving these barre videos!! My downstairs neighbors thank you for the lack of floor weight exercises. 😅I don't sound like an angry t-rex anymore! 🦖💥

    Yes! I tried this at 33 weeks pregnant using some modifications that i learnt in your pregnancy vids. Loved the burn and you keep me distracted with your upbeat chatter. Thank you for providing this content..lockdowns here keep the crossfit gym closed and I would have never normally tried something like this but I'm hooked!

    That was amazing and intense! Sweat literally dripping off of me! I always thought barre was like yoga and boy was I wrong lol. Will definitely add this one to try again since some of those blues were hard but I made it through and I’m excited. Thank you so much
