All you need is a mat for this full body stretch session. We do flow from one stretch to the next so there is no timer, only verbal transition cues. I do talk you through this one; what to do, where you should feel this stretch, etc. This full body stretch should leave you feeling great. Try it out in the morning, mid-day, or evening. Finally made it to day 7! Holy crap my butt has been kicked this week! I have been sore every day but not in the muscles I expected... Maybe I'm doing it wrong 😹
