20 Minute Stretch + Flow Session | Full Body Stretch | Month 4 Day 7 Strength At-Home Program

All you need is a mat for this full body stretch session. We do flow from one stretch to the next so there is no timer, only verbal transition cues. I do talk you through this one; what to do, where you should feel this stretch, etc. This full body stretch should leave you feeling great. Try it out in the morning, mid-day, or evening.
