25 Minute Full Body Stretch for Sore Muscles | Release | Mobilize | Gain Flexibility

Grab a mat for this 25 minute full body stretch routine. We combine dynamic and static stretches while showing the entire body some love. If at any time the stretch feels too much, back out of it and decrease the range of motion. Options to intensify the stretch and to modify the stretch are given throughout.     Love your videos, I usually do this once per week, easy to follow and feel great after completion. Also - I love that you wear glasses/spectacles! There is literally no other fitness woman on KZread that wears glasses! It's nice to see that you don't hide the fact you wear glasses. I love my glasses and happy to wear whilst doing a sweaty workout (when they steam up, its a sign I am pushing myself...😜🤓🤓🤓🤓) - no gain being vain! Thanks for your fabulous glasses wearing fitness content!
