50 Minute Dumbbell Only Total Body Strength + Cardio Workout | Low Impact | No Jumping | Challenging
Grab dumbbells (the more the merrier) and a mat for this 50 minute total body strength and conditioning workout. This is low impact/ there is no jumping, but it's still challenging! Low Impact doesn't mean low intensity : )
We have 5 blocks today: bodyweight warm-up, strength block one, cardio block, strength block two, and total body cardio + core. The warm-up and strength blocks are at a specified rep count and the cardio blocks are timed. During the strength blocks, choose a challenging weight selection for you - Try to find a weight selection that challenges you by the end of each exercise while maintaining excellent form : ) (You will know when I change my DBs out from heavier to lighter and you may want to do the same). During the cardio, every exercise is timed. Find a tempo that you can maintain. You do not have to go at my speed, everyone is unique! There are a few built-in recoveries, but if you need more take it! Skip to 1:30 to bypass intro and begin warm-up. Let me know how it goes in the comments below : )

more low impact workouts please
My first "long" workout, my laptop couldn't hold so much time. Plugging and rebooting it gave me extra rest (needed !). I liked the combination of strength and low impact cardio blocks, thank you Larie. You just forgot to tell us the weights you used.

I believe I’m using a pair of 15lb dumbbells and 10lb dumbbells. The bigger ones are the 15s. Sorry I forgot! ❤️
