20 Minute Barreless Full Body HIIT Workout | Strength + Cardio
Grab a set of dumbbells (around 5 lbs) and be near a wall for this 20 minute barre inspired full body HIIT workout. We combine strength and cardio into today's workout.
We are working out to 130 BPM. Every exercise is timed. Find a tempo that you can maintain. You do not have to go at my speed, everyone is unique! We go 60 seconds on, 15 seconds off for 18 exercises (non repeat, unless unilateral). During the recovery, look for the demo in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Minimal cues today. I found your workouts while I was pregnant, now that im almost 8 weeks postpartum your workouts are perfect!! Baby is napping so this 20 minute workout has me sweating and I will feel it tomorrow for sure! Did an EMOM one the other day too, kicked my butt!

Did this one without weights on a trip with my family and it was still fire. Threw in planks during the rests to get some upper body burn. Loved it!
Love this workout! I only had a half hour and I am sweating. Give me this for an hour! And thank you for struggling a little bit.
You have the best workouts on KZread. I loved this! I would love a little more instruction and guided movements as I find them a bit hard to follow as a newbie. But otherwise I love you and your workouts!
This is a great workout! Short and sweet and I loved that it was all standing. Sometikes i dont want to get up and down to the floor! Great balance work! And I love it when you are showing fatigue with it as well. Helps me push through!
