It looks like this:
✔️ 7 Circuits
✔️ 2 Moves Per Circuit (One Full Body Strength Move and One Abs and Core Exercise)
✔️ 40 Seconds Per Exercise, 10 Second Rest Between Movements
✔️ Repeat Each Strength Exercise x 2 Sets Back To Back, Then Perform The Ab Exercise x 1 Set

Strength: Uneven Squat + Hammer Curl Switch X2
Abs: Alternating Plank + 3 Sec Row Hold X1

Strength: Step Back Rotational Lunge + Single Arm Press R/L X2

Enjoyed the mix of strength and core work. FYI for those who want to keep their heart rates up: there were quite a few longer breaks in between circuits. I skipped forward a lot to keep the pace going.

I modified this workout for a 30 pound kettlebell and it worked really well. Holding vacuum abs with a bentover row gave me a greater range of motion with the abs aspect still built in. I am 3 months postpartum, getting back to my pre haby body to go back to heavy barbell training again. Thank You Ladies! this is my second baby working out with ya'll.

I did your postpartum challenge when I was 2 months postpartum with my 4th baby. I've never been taught how to heal my body postpartum. Thank you so much for teaching me!! 6 months postpartum after baby #4 and I'm the strongest I've ever been in my life 💪 thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of us Mamas!!

So good! I’m really loving these circuits where we do the move, rest, do it again. It makes the workouts fly by! I’ve been continuing my NML workouts (4 years with your workouts, exclusively!) and doing 12-3-30 every day. Feeling so strong! Thanks for your amazing free workouts. So fun! Thank you!! 💓 Suggestion on holding dumbbells while doing push ups. I can do normal push ups but when I try to lean on the DBs my palms hurt and I can't really do them. Thx! ❤

Fantastic workout! That first set got my heart rate up but was able to do all the knee drives from plank on my feet! Improvement as I normally can’t plank long. I’m seeing such good results in my stamina since been doing this June challenge! I am looking forward to the July challenges with the abs and the other two week challenge. I am guessing strong 40 lol.

Hello ladies💕. I just yesterday joined your team NML, so I’m just getting this first workout in this morning and I didn’t quite at age 67🤸♂️. Just recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my right hip which sucks big time because I have been always very active throughout my life. I guess I have to accept that I need to modify some things but as you said “do my best and forget about the rest”😎. It will be difficult to catch your live workouts due to time zones. I live in Newfoundland, Canada; we are the most easterly Province in Canada and the closest to London, England. “Across the pond” as we refer it to😁. You’re workout was great and looking forward to what is coming. Sharon 😊

Loved this workout! I also enjoyed this format. Thanks for another great one, Lindsey! Update: the next day I had really bad pain in my neck and upper back. Two days later I can hardly rotate my neck side to side or look up and down. I wonder if it was from the lunge and twist??!

I really like the lunge squat move. The bent over row side with the leg lift was more difficult, but all good!

We do not track calories since every body is different!
