30 Min Lower Body Kettlebell Strength Supersets (No Repeats)

Lots of unilateral exercises in this session to develop strength, and muscular symmetry on your lower body. Killer 30 Min Lower Body Kettlebell Strength Supersets is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for beginners as well. Remember no one is perfect first time, it takes a few goes of the same workout to get the hang of it and to start seeing progress. Keep up the great work and results will come.
🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise. If you don't have kettlebells you can use dumbbells.

3 Min Warm Up - 30 seconds on each exercise
Main - 10 Supersets with 2 exercises in each, 60 seconds on each exercise with a 30 second rest
2 Mins Cool Down - 30 seconds on each exercise

    This was really hard for me but I did it and felt so accomplished! The next day I could really feel my quads, which I appreciate, because most lower body workouts focus on the glutes and back of thighs. (This one had both, which was great!)
