    I literally sat at my computer on Zoom calls for 7 hours today. After my last call was done, I started to search for a strength workout. I realized that what my body needed was some light movement and blood flow. And how did you know that my neck and shoulders were in dire need of those stretches?! Chris is a fitness wizard.

    Whew this was such a good core workout! I surprised myself and did well with the balance moves 🎉. Those neck stretches at the end felt so good.

    Really appreciated after a sweaty Tabata workout! You are right, not wrist friendly but I managed to finished it. My favorite position is down dog, I could stay long minutes like that. Thank you Chris for this Mobility Flow. Loved it! 🥰 ❤

    I always feel better after flow and mobility. These workouts are so important (especially as I get older) and help with improving the other workouts!

    My shoulders love you.... those last moves were soooo good. I still find "Flow" challenging but I am improving and my wrists are far more tolerant than they used to be. I never would have believed that I could sweat so much doing this kind of routine. Thank you for keeping us challenged, I really appreciate it. Debbie

    What I did was a little more choppy than a flow but I gave it my best shot. I can’t expect to improve if I don’t even try. Thank you for encouraging me to try the things that push me way out of my comfort zone!

    I can’t remember the last time I did a mobility workout! 🙊 I discovered my toes and hands are so stiff! It felt awesome to stretch them out. I REALLY REALLY loved the bit where we lunged back then ‘flew’ - I felt like I really started to zone out! My thoughts actually settled for that small moment. Loved the neck ones as the end too. what a difference it makes to open and close your mouth 😮 Thanks Chris!

    This was a wonderful mobility workout, and I heard some snaps, crackles & pops while doing it which means I need to do more of these. I felt rejuvenated after doing the exercises, & I saved the video to my Favorites. Thank you for stressing the importance of mobility/stretching programs, Christina!

    I knew there was a good amount of planking in this flow (because I read the description 😉) and they aren’t my favorite, but I did it to challenge myself. Planks are still hard but getting so much better! Great movement today and felt great!

    I always look for your weight training, cardiac dance, or step classes. Wow, so underestimate how challenging yoga and mobility classes are. I actually sweated more in the yoga class today than I do in cardio classes because it's not a class my body knows. Change it so important, especially as you get older! You really need to change things up to get stronger. You look and are so incredible fit and strong, and it is because you do it all. Love your fitness mentality! Inspirational! Thank you, Chris!

    This was truly a sweaty flow! It was a challenge for me, the middle section which had the down dog flow, not for the weight on the wrists, but for the movement sequence, but I did it! I really liked the end with the neck stretching. Thanks!

    Hippy Janey 🇬🇧 Thought I’d be brave and do the Yoga Flow after Tabata! 😮 I have done yoga for 3 years since my osteo arthritis - although I couldn’t do all these amazing moves, I did surprise myself with just how much I can do! I used to love ‘Egyptian Salute to the Sun’ which I recognised here. And I think I could maybe do it again now? You have no idea how much that means to me… I honestly thought I never would again. Thank you for helping me grow stronger and be brave enough to try new challenges ❤
