Great step routine! I loved the minimal breakdown intermediate step. It was very easy to follow even not knowing every variance of each step. It just flowed somehow and I picked it up. It was very fun and sweaty.

Thanks for the quick workout getting right down to business. Call the moves, string ‘um together, 4 segments in 30 minutes, genius! A 45 minute with the same pace would be a fab addition to my collection…😊

Loved that there was no breakdown on this routine and so happy that I got it all with only a couple of missteps. It’s getting easier to do the nonstop workouts, so I guess that means my endurance is better. I’m sad that I will be missing Saturday with your 400th step workout! Congratulations on another Milestone.

Wow - that was awesome! Loved the minimal breakdown. It felt great to just follow your calls and let my body go with it. So fun! I had to take a couple of breaks to towel off before continuing - better to be safe and not slip on the drip! Lol! 🇨🇦💕

I had to go back and make sure I made a comment. Can I just say how much I love Chris?!? Seriously. This would be a fairly challenging step video for me BUT Chris’ cuing is the best I’ve ever heard. I think I looked up to the screen maybe once or twice? This is a challenging routine but her cuing is AMAZING. Thank you Chris for all you do! Loved this video!!!

We just moved, so I’ve had to take a little break from routines, but so happy to be back, and excited to start folding in more weights!
I absolutely loved this it went so quickly but you have to keep your wits about you but with your excellent cueing it was no problem x
