15 Min Kettlebell Mobility Workout (Full Body Mobility Routine)

Full Body Kettlebell mobility workout that you need to do if you want to increase your range of motion and improve your exercise form. 15 Min Kettlebell routine using the kettlebell to increase your depth when performing exercises, using the weight to get us deeper into the movement. These kettlebell exercises can be used as both strengthening exercises as well as flexibility exercises and therefore improve your mobility. Having full range on motion at the joints is vital when exercising. Some studies suggest that full ROM is necessary to maximise the results of an exercise. I recommend including mobility training in your routine at least 2 x a week.💪🏼

🏋🏼 I am using a 6kgs kettlebell for reference, the weight is a tool to get deeper into the exercise increasing range of motion.

Thank you for introducing to a form of exercise I wasn't aware of. I'm a 72 year old woman, who has exercise most of my life. I discovered you when I was gifted a set of kettlebells, I done your full body knee friendly workouts, made a weekly workout from your upper body and lower body videos. Definitely will incorporate this into my weekly workouts, as I can see the benefits for someone my age.

This made me realize that I need more short mobility and flexability videos. Im 42 and in good shape, healthy etc and I struggled with a few of these moves.

Some moves can be tricky if we don’t practise them often, but with your consistent effort Natasha I’m sure you’ll see progress 😊❤️ stick with it and you’ll do great 💪🏼

In friendly sympathy for the desk-bound, might I suggest breaking up your 7 hour inactivity with a couple of Roxannes stretches? 7 hours sounds like a lot of hours!
