(NO SQUATS/NO LUNGES) Full body KNEE FRIENDLY workout designed to target every muscle in your body. These exercises will help you tone and shape your physique, to be the best version of you! 25 Min KNEE FRIENDLY Kettlebell and Dumbbell FULL BODY Workout is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for beginners as well.
This workout requires dumbbells and kettlebells, but can defiantly be done with just dumbbells.
I recommend adding this workout to your routine if you're looking to build lean muscle mass and strength over time. No Talking in this workout so be sure to read the description below.⬇️
🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise.

    Hey Guys, At the start (during the warm up) I perform the chest stretch on my knees, If this hurts your knees then you can do it standing. Enjoy your workout xx

    Hi Roxanne great video! I am David a 20 year old guy. But I must admit that whenever you lift heavier weights, my arms don't have the power and couldn't keep up with the workout. The max I can do is barely 7 kg (with not so good form) and anything above my arms fails me. For you it seems so easy, but its not even hard, I can't lift lol. Please give me some suggestions,

    Hey David, my suggestion is don’t give up. Keep on pushing and you will be able to lift heavier. It takes time to build up strength and the weights. Make sure you are fueling your body with enough food and protein to do the workouts too. You got this ☺️💪🏼
