Stay strong and sculpted through menopause with this 30 minute dumbbell workout designed for building muscle and confidence 💪
I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs, 7.5kg/16.5Lbs, 10kg/22Lbs & 15kg/33Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
How it’s done: Complete 2 sets of each exercise before moving onto the next 40 secs work/20 secs rest

I had a really poor night’s sleep last night & the last thing I wanted to do was workout! But I put on my big girl pants & pressed play and I’m so glad I did. Didn’t lift as heavy as usual (& moved down a weight for some second rounds😳) but I was moving & working those muscles & now I feel much better. I love the structure of your workouts & the fact that you always include a warmup & cool down (& the tunes are always banging!) Thanks Penny 💪🏼😊

I don’t think I’ve ever heard the words “perimenopause” and “menopause” so often and it’s FANTASTIC!! I feel like it was taboo for older generations and unfortunately that also meant that a lot of women suffered needlessly through its various effects. Probably one of the most important aspects of this openness is the emphasis on physical fitness as we get older. I’m more fit now at 48 than I was at 28 or even 18. I love this!!! Thanks, Penny!!! Keep ‘em coming!!!
Loved this! As summer approaches I like intense 30-40 min workouts. This hit everything and I felt it! I'm 60 and through menopause, but this is for every body. Thankfully I sailed easily thru menopause. Thanks for another good one Penny!

Great workout! I've been in Menopause for 6 years. I'm 59. It's been a crazy road to travel. But, I've made it without any hormone replacement. Although after years of insomnia, I've finally found the cause. Adrenal fatigue. Too much cortisol caused it, plus hair loss, weight gain in the stomach, even my tinnitus. I've been taking adrenal restore and now I'm sleeping and feeling great! Of coarse, I couldn't feel awesome without your workouts! Lol. Thank you!

I’m 47 went into early menopause. I’ve always been fairly fit. But between menopause and torn meniscus nothing I used to works anymore. Even my ambition to workout has reduced but I feel like watching and performing your workouts works for me
