➡️ 30 minute kettlebell supersets workout to strengthen your Lower Body. This is a killer lower body workout will target the quads, glutes, adductors and abductors, hamstrings and calves. By supersetting we can get more out of our workout in a shorter amount of time.

Day 23 doneskies! I still struggle with those cross legged sit and stands, but I kind of modified them by using one hand for stability while the other held the kettlebell. 🤷🏼♀ still kicked my booty!

Day 23 . I was sad to miss yesterday because I wasn’t well, but back at it today!! Lots of good exercises in this workout, I need to keep working at the cross legged sit and stands!

Wow so awesome I had my bells out since this morning but couldn’t find the time it’s 8pm in the Uk and I just finished this and boy did it work me I mainly used an 8kg as I don’t have a 10 but managed a few with my 12kg Was a bit disappointed I could not do the cross leg get up at all I felt my knees starting to give way do I modified it. Thank you so much lots of new ways to use my bells ❤❤❤❤

Great work lovely, well done on using the 12kgs too!! Amazing! Yes I totally understand that can be frustrating, it’s tricky the way the knees bend. You can always sub this out for a squat variation ☺️
Hello Roxanne! I just wanted to share my victory with you! Back in January when we did this workout, I couldn't do the entire set of crossed leg/sit to stand. HOWEVER, this morning I DID IT!! And I held a 6.8KG kettlebell while doing it. It's because of doing your workout calendar workouts every day! Thank you so very much for being my personal trainer!

Any tips for building up the muscles to do the cross legged get ups? I wobbled and fell all over the place- maybe was able to do 2 of them 🙈🤣

Try them without the weight and progress from there, if your still struggling you can do sit to stand on a chair or a step!💪🙂

Thank you again for the push. I couldn’t do the leg lift squat and the cross leg squat so did sumo first round and narrow squats second round hope that was okay. Xx

It’s perfectly fine to modify the workout to suite you. Remember this is your workout and always listen to your body 😊 the main focus is to stay consistent to form those healthy habits 💪🏼🔥

I am back at it! I had to take like two weeks off of doing any strength training because I injured myself but I kept walking and actually still lost 3 1/2 pounds only walking! Can’t physically do a couple of the squat variations yet, but I continued to squat even during the ones I couldn’t do.

Yesterday I went to a real class… Ariel hammock yoga… and did something to my back 😖but went for this class today as it was really focused on stretches.. Apart from the impossible piston squats (can’t even modify them can you???) and a few (not many) ouches in my back, I made it!!!!!!! Managed to up my weights to 7kg. Yay 🙌 . Looking forward to the next one 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽. Thanks Roxanne .

Make sure you take breaks and focus on form. Also try doing the exercises with a lower weight until you feel it working the right muscles 😊💪🏼

Complete the 28 days and then there will be 3 days off to finish January. 💯 you can complete it again in February or whenever you like 😄💪🏼 keeping up the consistency is the most important. Well done, amazing effort 🔥🔥🔥

Hey lovely, my weights are just a reference when to swap weight etc… I would recommend 4kgs or 6kgs kettlebell for beginners xxxx

I did your challenge day after day and today was a tough one. Until now I used 2kg & 5kg dumbells, what weight should I progress to next week? 3&6 kg? 4&7? Thanks! You are amazing❤

You could have all the weights ready to go, Start the exercise with the heaviest weight until you can't go anymore, then swap for the lighter weight for the remaining time 🙂
Alt leg and leg sit are still impossible. Lounge Back heels are assimetrical? Thank you)

You have to start somewhere. Keep doing the exercises. Maybe modify them. You will see progress if you stay consistent. So many of the exercises I can't do for the entire time, but each time I do them I can see progression in my strength and stamina! Keep at it!

Yep agree, sometimes I just use super light weights or non at all. Keep the body moving and gain the daily spot in your day to exercise, implement healthy habits.
