Everyday BBQ & Cooking

Everyday BBQ & Cooking

My channel is about Food, Family and Fun but not necessarily in that order. I'm just a normal "everyday" guy who loves to cook tasty stuff for my wife and children. I wanted to start this channel for years but couldn't find the courage to come out of my introvert shell. A friend inspired me and gave me the courage, I'm so grateful for that. I started this journey on 08-04-2017.

I mix in all types of cooks and recipes on my channel. While my focus will mainly on outdoor cooking, I'll definitely mix in some indoor recipes and well as ethnic foods from time to time. I may even mix in some family fun. I hope you find my channel well balanced, entertaining and useful.

My priorities in life start with my wife and kids! I dedicate this entire adventure to them!

Please follow me and "subscribe" to show support! I'd really appreciate the encouragement!

What is your opinion of letting an outside source put it together? Mine is that nobody is going to care about it like you care about it

Thinking about going with the 30XL with one large air fryer (size of 2 baskets) reason for that is having to move it in and out of garage often.

Hi. I am looking at buying one on Amazon from US to Australia. I just want to know if the voltage and plug is compatible with Australia please. I have searched everywhere to find this information and even had a few online chats with Amazon and a phone call and no one can seem to help me. I don't want to pay $150 shipping to get it here and then it doesn't work with our power outlets. Can anyone please help me with what type of plug it has and if it will work on our 240votage power. thanks so much :)

Mike - I'm new to the Camp Chef line. I'm blown away at how clean you keep a working smoker! It also shows the build quality of the smoker. My main reason for going with the Woodwind 36 is the propane sear station. Love the convenience of a long cook, smoke option, or a quick cook grill option.

Thank you very much for the video. My charbroil is still going and it's been over 7 years. Its starting to show its age .Yes I have faithfully bought the replacement kit package and replaced two covers for it. Gonna take your advice and go to the charbroil website and I'm really thinking about that charbroil you have. I dont like the 😮exposed bottom on other grills . I like the cabinet enclosed charbroil. Looking to stay faithful with Charbroil....but I did see the Monument Mesa stainless steel 5 burner available at lowes but then again the back was not fully covered. Yes it's a trivial thing to worry about 😂😂😂. Awesome video. Appreciated that

Sorry the cooking surface is a deal breaker. They should have just made it out of cast iron. I know it needs to be portable but they could have made the cast iron as thin as this.

As an avid griller, I've used various types of grills, including the Qstoves+. However, I recently switched to the Asmoke pellet grill, and it has significantly changed my grilling experience. The Asmoke Essential offers precise temperature control, something I struggled with while using the Qstoves. Moreover, the wood pellets give a wonderful smoky flavor to my burgers, which I absolutely love. The portability of the grill is another huge plus, allowing me to enjoy my grilling sessions during outings. The Asmoke app is a game-changer, offering remote temperature adjustment and recipe sharing. All these features have made grilling more convenient and enjoyable for me. I'm excited to try the different flavors of wood pellets available to bring out unique tastes in my burgers. Truly, Asmoke has enhanced my burger-making skills. #Asmoke.
