MY RECIPE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
PLEASE CHECK PINNED COMMENT FOR ERROR CORRECTIONS OR THINGS I FORGOT!
Ingredients Needed:
- 4 Eggs
- Water
- Coarse Kosher Salt
- Chives
- Serve with whatever you like!
- Pad of Butter
INSTRUCTIONS: ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE PREPARING ANY FOOD RECIPE!
Scramble 4 eggs in an appropriate sized bowl, add approximately 1 tablespoon of water (per egg) before scrambling and scramble well. Pre-heat your pan to low-med heat, melt butter in pan and spread it out to cover the bottom of the pan. Scramble the eggs once again as you pour them into the pan. Allow them to begin forming and use a wooden spoon to begin working around the edges of the eggs as they begin to cook and set. Work your way around the edged and slowly work in small circles into the middle. Continue to work the eggs until fully formed and then use the folding technique to finish cooking them on low heat. Once the eggs are done to your liking, plate them up and hit with salt and chives. DO NOT SALT THE EGGS UNTIL AFTER COOKER AND PLATED! ENJOY!

Thank you, brother! I actually had so much light that I had to do quite a bit in post, but I saved presets. I added back the other two lights to fill in gaps. I think I like it better this way too. It gives me options. I can take some light away in post, but can’t add it lol. I truly appreciate your feedback, brother!
Mike...I'll definitely be trying this method....those scrambled eggs really look fluffy. Thanks sharing. Cheers ✌️

Looks great Mike . Have you ever used milk instead of water ? Great also
@EverydayBBQ

I have experimented with that, but my best results have come from water.
Looks FIRE. I know a guy Scott in Elmwood Park that only cooks with cast iron, are these pans good?
@EverydayBBQ
Жыл бұрын
Cast-iron still gives a better sear, but these are really good and they are very low maintenance which is what I enjoy the most. Plus they are out of this world durable.
So…I don’t like eggs. But hubby does. And I usually add a bit of water to them before scrambling. I also added the seasonings at the same time. I’ll try it your way, and season when they’re done. I’ll also stir them like you did to make them fluffier. 🥚🍳🥚
@EverydayBBQ

Keeping the salt away allows them to stay fluffy and prevent texture damage. You’ll love the results! Thank you for watching and commenting!
Instead of water, try carbonated water
Work out 😂😂

Funny how?
We’ve got the whole set of those pans and they’re overpriced and not that great, notice how he had eggs sticking to the pan when he was finished. These pans for the money are a hard NO
