Great tips Mike! I clean my cookers after every use. Especially my Memphis Pro pellet grill. I really like that LSG with the wheel package. Cheers!
That was some nasty looking grease and gunk in there. Glad you got that resolved. Cheers, Mike! ✌️
GREAT INFO
100% Ernest
Wish I could afford the 4 grand for one of these cookers. It seems like it is a well built cooker....Thanks for the video..
I lost a GMG because i didnt keep it cleaned. I kept catching on fire. Learned the hard way!

Yikes 😳
I'm having deja vu all over again. The stickers did come in the mail. Thanks
Thanks for the video, I have the same style but it’s an offset, I’ve had for over 3 years from Lonestar. Do you ever clean the chimney? If so how would you recommend doing that? Thnx.

I have not done that yet. I don’t believe it’s something that is required maintenance.

@@EverydayBBQ Ok just didn’t know if it was recommended to do so. Haven’t seen anyone addressing the Stack/Chimney but I do see it has build up. Thanks for your reply
Yeah, Ernest.
I want one
Even a seasoned BBQ guy can make mistakes. At least you got it cleaned up before it was too bad😊

Have you ran the pellet and wood chip mix through it yet and if so was there a noticeable difference really on the fence with this and a Yoder keep doing what you do

Check out my previous video. It’s a full top to bottom review on this cooker, including the wood chip question.
