One of my favorite albums. I love they are eclectic and I don’t need to enter some sort of dick size hard rock arena to keep up with all the guys that can’t bear to listen to any form of harmony or actual beauty in music.

The cover is awesome because it’s different, odd, busy, draws the eye, makes you ask questions, and considering this is their most unique albums up to that point I think it’s certainly more appropriate to have a strange cover like that, than a boring picture of all of them with zero name.

I've never done ranking like this, but I had to try. It was easier than I thought, so I also ranked Propaganda (wich was relatively easy as well) but with Indescreet it was pure agony. Still I did it. Here's my contribution of KMH, glad I'm not the only one who didn't place This town to no. 1: 10. Talent is an asset 9. Falling in love with myself again 8. In my family 7. Hasta mañana, monsieur 6. This town ain't big enough for the both of us 5. Complaints 4. Amateur hour 3. Equator 2.Thank God it's not Christmas 1. Here in Heaven

No one listens to the "new" "bogus" Guess Who band because THEY HAVE NO HITS. Promotors don't book them in Canada, because THEY ARE NOT THE GUESS WHO. These guys are nothing more than a high school garage band. Or at the very best, a Platinum Blonde cover band. Long live Randy and Burton.

As far as their impact on Culture: NOT OVERRATED... as far as they are credited for innovation: VASTLY OVERRATED. The Beatles invented nothing. John and Paul were simply very adept at "borrowing" from the already existing musical avant garde and periphery and making pop versions of it.

8:35 NO! For me it's the best album in music history! My personal ranking: 1. Rudy 2. Hide in your shell 3. Crime of the century 4. Asylum 5. School 6. Bloody well right 7. If everyome was listening 8. Dreamer But as you said they all are fantastic songs, not a bad one on this masterpiece, the peak of songwriting perfection!

houses of the holy was a great progression for the band plus they were already successful so they can still push their clairvoyant creativity without selling out to top 40 radio

Agreed Moodies are great. I would say "In Search of the Lost Chord" being the first prog record by virtue of the fact that is just the band, no orchestra.

Ill argue that for those that wear bras and call themselves dudes, it makes you MORE of what you say you are by hooking you up to the pulse of the planet. Theres a sweet irony in the faintest act of submission bringing out true inner depts of god status, infusing the wearer with a form of ultimate power. Definately NOT something to be ashamed of.
