I wish you all the best Larry. I hope it works for you this time. I also have constant stiff shoulders and neck from bad posture and 25 years of driving for a living which I thankfully retired from in 2021. I am seeing a Chiropractor and have been going to the gym. Both have freed up my neck and shoulders somewhat. Take it easy man.

Keep persisting until you get a result. Sometimes it takes a lot of trial and error before we get a positive medical result. It took me a couple of years to find a treatment that healed my tinea permanently. I eventually found it through trial and error on my part. Cheers.

Larry, I read your update on Facebook, Wouldn't let me comment so here I am. Glad to hear you got some relief, Even a little bit helps. Cortisone shots work for me(Shoulder problems) They take a few days to kick in and usually last 3 months. Looking forward to your return to You Tube miss seeing your mug everyday.

Hey buddy. We have Sparks in common. Indiscreet is just one of my all time favorite albums..Started collecting the albums in the seventies but sad to say they are all gone now..Got the two disc best of set from Kraken records because that was the only thing I could find right now. Loved the documentary too!

All the best Larry. I have had many cortisone shots for damage in my shoulders and arms in general. Have never had one take hold. But I know people who have had one shot and it helped their pain for over 6 months. So I hope you are in the latter category. Looks like a fun giveaway! I need to listen to my Can CDs now that you've shown them, probably haven't in over 3 years!

When I had my chronic hip pain, I think I had three steroid treatments. One hardly worked at all, one worked for a few months, one worked for quite awhile. The one that worked the longest was a big dose and also kept me awake for a few weeks. So steroids can work for pain, but it's inconsistent. I hope you get some relief, Larry.

Hope your new treatment works out for you Larry!!! Nice to hear that Ween clicked with you also! The Pod does take some getting used to. As does Pure Guava but now you're prepared. And it does have one of their greatest hits on it.

Just to let you know, about 20 years ago I had problems with Chronic Back pain, and a course of Steroids in my lower lumber area sorted it out, had no problems since.

Larry, I’m a huge long time Ween fan. Best albums to explore (all are fantastic) in order of the ones you don’t have yet or have ordered. The Mollusk - the bands favorite as well. White Pepper- their most accessible Chocolate and Cheese- their breakthrough GodWeenSatan - their debut. Very punk rockish 12 Golden Country Great- very underrated La Cucaracha- their most recent but not their strongest. Still good

Hi Larry My chronic pain is also in my neck. It’s partially the result of a whiplash injury long ago, but also arthritis in my cervical spine. I’ve had a lot of treatments over the years, and I do some home treatments, too. I have to stay on top of it or it’ll take over. I’ve had good success with steroid injections. Another thing that’s worked is radio frequency ablation (AKA “nerve burn”). Results vary from person to person. They’re all temporary fixes, as nerves do eventually grow back. Of the home treatments, traction seems to work the best. There are several devices (mine is made by Cervitrac) to choose from, but it’s worth investing in one of high quality. Pain meds don’t work for me either. Acupuncture has helped some, along with regular exercises. A good muscle relaxant for me is Tizanadine, which I take at night cuz it puts me to sleep. I hope you get some relief, brother.
