Suffolk Ess Evergreen

Suffolk Ess Evergreen

Warmest greetings! Welcome to my channel, and my life in the wilds of the Suffolk countryside. An untouched, quiet corner of East Anglia. Where I live peacefully alongside nature, wildlife, the seasons, and incorporate the old Suffolk ways within my art and daily life.

Amongst the old ways I will also share the old Suffolk dialect which my family has spoken for hundreds of years. Generations that worked the land and helped shape this beautiful old county. A language I was brought up to use daily, my mother tongue, one I still speak with to this day.

Welcome to my little world, thanks for stopping by. x

Same thing has happened here in the states with people that have Appalachian accents. People are getting dumber. Seriously, IQs have been declining for years.

Thank you. Love your accent and dialect! There are so many 'Karens' out there anymore that feel that they can bully anyone at anytime for anything. Most people are not like that, it is just that they are louder. They are the problem not you. And they are in the minority. They are just a tiny little piece of the huge puzzle that is the human race. You are fine! I am honored to hear your wonderful accent! Thank you.

Personal proTIP. If a person claims is offended by something publicly he is virtue signalling.. that is not a good person to be around. Their opinion doesn't matter. They don't matter. Being offend is a YOU problem. Not even toddler have a "right to be offended".. yet somehow legal adults claim they are offended? I repeat, i don't care about you being offended. That goes for everything: My opinion offends you? Who cares, if i cared about not offending you u would know what hurts you to begin with. There are 8billion people on the planet, the idea that I should censor myself in fear that someone somewhere might be offended is ridiculous. These people are fascist.

KZreads algorithm recommended me this video, and I have to say, as an American [from Texas, no less], even I know that's 100% a Suffolk accent. How do I know this? I'm a HUGE Cradle of Filth fan, and happen to know that their lead singer, Suffolk's own Dani Filth has that very accent!

I wouldn't take any notice mate sometimes people say things just to rile people up, doesn't mean it's true or that they are actually offended. It's the internet way haha, saying this as a 21 year old who has grown up with it. And it's not a political thing like a lot of people will say, people from all sides do this sorta thing, arguing over nothing. Also 'I think my parts in the acting world would be really quite limited' made me laugh haha

The best response to "You're offensive" or "This is offensive" is the following: "Fuck... Off..." Also yeah. I always thought of this accent as pretty much "the east midlands" accent since I never really thought too much about it. Northerner here. o/

I am an American, I find your accent quaint, and quite charming, I can understand you proper, I am more offended by accents that are hard to understand, Aside From that, your color is a bit ashen and pale, at least compared to the bust to your left. . I hope your health is OK, and wish you the best, how would you say? Bollucks to the haters offended by you, we would call them snowflakes.

Your voice and accent are beautiful and don't let anyone tell you different. If I was learning about a region, I would so much rather it be from someone who lives and breaths the area. If they have the natural accent of the area, it makes it many times better. Not only would I be hearing from them, but also from generations from before.

I’m American, born in and raised near Philadelphia. Had Pennsylvania Dutch cousins. Moved to California long ago. Lived in Glasgow, Scotland for 6 years, back in California now for past two years. I don’t always know which accents are where, especially in England, but they are all interesting and lovely. Only foul uncouth words are offensive to me…. And people being mean to each other. Ignore the mean people!

I could listen to you all day, makes me smile. I'm told I have an accent, I'm from the US, south. Perhaps my southern accent offends someone, and I don't give AF because people these days find it trendy to be offended, imo.

Lmao maybe to possibly clear up some confusion, the accent you are speaking with sounds like, back when I lived in sf, the roomies would gather and play kings cup, and one of the rules was to speak with a British accent. So to sum up, they watched your video(s), heard your accent, thought you were doing a poor impression to dunk on the Brits, thought your channel was an elaborate troll, and got offended.

I'm not sure why KZread recommended me this video, and I missed about ten to twenty percent of what you said, but I'm glad to see that you did not apologise at any point. It's a shame that words like offensive are losing its meaning out of overuse, but at least normal people are growing less and less afraid of the modern tyranny of political correction.
