  Pretenders Claim was also in a meta with Rebels, the assumption being that if you could toss it on something with Menace, they’d have to do all their searching before blockers were declared. That being said I’m 99% sure it never saw play in block or standard.

  I mean there is one reason. It is a legendary creature (iona). I don't always draw my winter orb. But I will always have access to my Iona, and if I know I have access to it, then I can build a deck that will make sure I get it out as fast as possible and make sure it wont be countered. I would say there is definitely good arguments for unbanning it. But I think you should have at least gotten into the fact that as your commander you have access to it no matter what. While I don't think that counts for Cedh, for casual I can see it being very suppresive to play against.

  Prophet of kruphix doesnt get exponentially better. It gets multiplicatively better. Exponentially means a thing, its not a seasoning word to sprinkle on your sentences to make them sound smart.

  You could easily play any card game any way you want to really by just creating a set of house rules. That's literally why Commander exists, and probably every other format that isn't Standard, Modern or Horizon. People just aren't creative or free-minded enough to try to do something else with the cards other than their original ruleset. On that note, I've wanted to make like a D&D-style campaign in which MTG cards are spells found for loot, or the campaign requires players to start with a basic deck they can build as they find more cards from playing. Then also enemy encounters don't just follow typical Magic rules and basically play like Arch Enemy, but the plot is just unique to the scenario and made by the DM rather than being assigned randomly from a plot deck. The DM could also choose to change the plot under certain conditions. You can even pre-write unique spell interactions just to give the whole thing more intrigue and life

  I demand 'One With Nothing' be removed from the list. One With Nothing is a card so bad it follows into the 'good' category. It's a bit of a meme, but it's also a card designed to do 1 thing - discard your and. And it does it's job perfectly.

  Everything concerning Magus of the Moon and Layers makes no sense to me and really should be changed. A creature without abilities shouldnt still apply previously had abilities while on the field.

  Diamond lion from MH2 is a sort of retrain of LED. It has the same effect but it's a 2 cost 2/2 artifact creature. So it can act as a body and a mana rock. Ive used it to float 3 mana to trigger on field abilities that I was short 2 or 3 mana to activate.

  Blood Funnel in an Undying deck. Have a way to shuffle the Undying +1/+1 counters, and Blood Funnel becomes all benefit. Cheaper spells, +1/+1 counters, removal of problematic auras. This seems like a card that a deck should be built around, but it's nowhere near the 10th worst black card ever.

  One With Nothing needs a partner card which says: "0 Mana: Until your next upkeep, whenever you cast a spell which only has the effect to "Discard your hand", draw X cards and gain X Mana where X is equal to the number of cards sent to the graveyard."
