  Sjesilia. All about self discipline. Sleep hygiene. Bed at the same time. Black out blinds/ curtains / eye mask. Keep busy. Enjoy your day but define your night time . The transition between Winter Summer , Hot Cold , Day length , constantly adjusting is hard.

  And GERMANY...they air houses 2x day, bedding, separate mattresses and duvets etc.. the only difference is Germans are TERRIBLE at providing personal space out in public eg transport, queues etc.. as it Brit is drives me CRAZY. ..In supermarkets the Germans stand at the card machine.. now I say "oh thank you, you are paying for my shopping!"... they looked horrified 😂... then I say "if you don't want to pay, move back and provide personal space!"... Germans "in your face" attitude, and pushing and shoving etc (instead of just saying "excuse me, can I pass?") drives me nuts!... will never get used to this rudeness.

  I am so thrilled that I got to see the Northern Lights in northern Colorado! They were not what I was expecting. But I thought of your channel when I saw them. It was blue and green. We could not see it with the naked eye. We did get photos.

  You're not allowed to sell expired things in Canada. If it's close to the date you get a discount. If it's expired it gets thrown out. Sooooo much food waste here.

  You've both done a fabulous job, I'm glad Christopher can get to his hobby equipment again. My mum did something similar, one of her worries though was that she would forget what's been moved across and end up buying something again lol so once she sorted and organised it she made a categoriesed list that she keeps in the coat closet at home. It's made life easier for day trips she knows what she has to grab from the storage beforehand 😊

  Ive bein to lapland twice , but i am such a wintertime girly , i hate long days my biological clock is winter, i love dark long nights , and when we were there once in december and once in January, the hour and a half daylight i loved that, I thrive on that, i come to live then❤️ I could never do a polar day season, that would make my mind go crazy , i am so tired in spring/summer, and i have hayfever and my biggest fear is thunderstorms, my mind would confuse me all the time , just like grimm’s does😜 , I love it when it’s dark at 16:30, and earliest at 16:00 , and that makes me so happy❤️I am a autumn/winter girly, i hate the hot weather , my dad called me a vampire yesterday cause i am always so pale and i have dark hair😜 i toke it as a compliment😜🤣

  I’m so jealous, 4 months of daylight would be amazing living in Scotland hardly ever have sunshine 😂 I struggle so much with the long winters and dark nights, your cabin views are so beautiful ❤
