I agree with everyone else who has said it - we love your content! Making videos about daily life is awesome. We get to see the polar night coming on in stages and then leaving in stages. In a small way, we get to experience what life is like way up there where we don't live. It's precious to those of us who have never experienced it in person. 🩷 Never ever underestimate your good impact even with making breakfast! 🥰🙏🏻🩵

The best word I can describe what I feel when watching your videos is "soothed". So calming.

Every time I watch one of your videos, my shoulders drop, my jaw unclenches, and my breathing slows. Whether you're out snowmobiling to a cabin, on vacation in Miami, or just chilling in the house, it happens. It's yours and Cristofer's energies that are soothing to me. You get so excited about everything (which helps me look for the little things to enjoy) and Cristofer is so calm and chill, he reminds me to slow down and breathe. And of course Grimm is just adorable.

I'm in arizona and we're going to have a high of 76 which is warm. I rather be in the north pole. All I have to do is bundle up and drink hot coffee.

I also loved this book! I recently read another book about Svalbard ... Dark Matter by Michelle Paver. It does not have the same cozy vibe (it's a ghost story) and takes place in the 1930s. Highly recommend!

I can't wait to see Grimm's brother again! I have missed seeing the two dogs together!

Please don't ever worry about giving your viewers enough, Cecilia! We are here for the slow days and the adventure days. You could literally live stream yourself drinking coffee & reading a book & we'd love it!! You could narrate an audio book with your soothing voice & accent. Grim's heated chariot is the best thing I've ever seen & I'd absolutely do the same for my 10yr old Border Collie. 🐶❄️

Hi! I find Winter can be a bit 'suffocating' in terms of the darkness .. So I find the Polar Darkness fascinating...and how you both actually enjoy the Polar night.. and enjoy the beauty of it as against fighting against it... It is also interesting how quickly it arrives... in the middle of it, it probably feels like a long time, but very quickly the light returns and the season passes.. The rhythm and cycles of day and night and seasons, come and go & life day by day can seem to drag, but time is actually rolling by sooo quickly.. so enjoy it!

I have a 1 year old bullmastiff that LOVES when Grim is on the TV. She stops everything to come sit on the couch and watch 🥹. Thank you for putting out these videos. You’re my comfort KZreadr 🥰

Hi, I'm presently living in Wasilla, Alaska been here 7yrs. I'm originally from South Texas, if you can believe that. Not sure if I'd like living that close to the north pole. Understand just a bit about living in darkness. Our day begins around 5am, and ends around 6:30pm. We start in the dark and end in the dark during the winter months. We don't have total darkness maybe 3 to 4hrs of partial sun. The sun goes around us not over us. It was extremely hard that first winter I was so use to 12hrs of direct sunlight. I learned it can be to cold to snow so I have learned to appreciate snow. You have such beautiful scenery understand why you love being there. Oh, I'm big coffee drnker too. 😊
