Tengo las dos! mil veces la Nike, su amortiguacion es mucho mas y responde mejor, la Asics no tiene respuesta tras amortiguarte en la caida y peso 90 kilos.

Although I research what shoes may be best for me, when it comes down to it, nobody is thinking about how thick a tongue is, what kind of mesh is on the shoe or what kind of laces are on your shoes when you are running excruciating miles in 100 degree heat hating every minute of it. It's about what your feet and joints feel like when you are finished.

I have been a user since GTS stood for “Go to Shoe.” I’m assuming they changed the meaning with the Guide rails?

I'm a heavier guy (210lbs) and the foam/holes or gaps completely collapse when I walk in these (I thought they would do that when I ran but not when I walk). Does that mean I'm too heavy for these or are they supposed to do that? RE: Cloudeclipse...

Owned 3 pairs of Arhai and love them Owned one pair of Arahi 7 and hated it. I gave the Arahi 7 after 3 months. Hoka "improved" a great version of the Arahi series. I was in a store recently and saw the Arahi 7 on sale for 20% off. Recnetly swithched to the Asics Gel Kayano as my new everyday runner. Good job Hoka.

Thanks for the review. Appreciate that someone reviews some of the more cross training type shoes from running companies. I bought two of these, black and white. Perfect option for me as I mostly lift weights but needed a shoe for light running and walking, and upper body days when I don’t need the stability of a dedicated lifting shoe. Love the lightness and PEBA foam offering. I’m also a midfoot striker and prefer the 4mm drop. I just hope Saucony keeps making iterations of this shoe!

Tried the Nimbus 26 in a store. It felt like it rolls inwards toward the big toe when you roll off the ball of your foot. At the beginning and in the middle it was fine, just in the end it pulls inwards. I also tried on an Superblast 3 and there it was even worse. Never had this with a neutral shoe and was curious why nobody mentioned that.

Im an overweight guy trying to lose weight. But i like getting a pop (a little bounce) from my shoe, along with a nice cushion and protection from overpronation. I dont know why but ive tried every single shoe with brooks but never found something like the Saucony Triumph in their range. Someone please tell me if there is something that Brooks has for me.

If Levitate is their bounciest shoe? How do you compare the midsole of Levitate with Saucony pwrRun+ or Nike React X or Asics FFblast+? Someone please help.

In my area, neither are available to try in store. It's very difficult to make a decision without trying the shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and plantar fibromas. Finding shoes that I can wear on concrete all day is nearly impossible. I'm hoping the kayano 30 is a good choice. If so, I'll be buying many pairs in different colors.

Fully agree with the heel changes in the 9. I couldn't wear the 8's due to poor heel fit with my anatomy. Glad to see this update in the 9, it feels a lot more secure.

My job requires me to stand all day in one place. It’s rare that I have a chance to walk. I’m thinking of getting ASICS but can’t decide between Nimbus, Kyano and Cumulus. From some research, Hoka seems nice. But I also want to use the shoe for running and walking. But most importantly, I don’t want foot pain while standing all day. And I have flat feet. Can you recommend which one should I get please?

So... The important thing is the shoes contain an artificial high arch. I have a naturally high arch innmy feet but still found this strange. I have 4e wide feet and topo shoes are considerably narrower than my usual shoes. The cyclone 2 is quite bouncy but not propulsive at all. If you walk in the cyclone 2 they are very uncomfortably and bounce your feet in any random directions at the same time. If you run fast in them they do usually bounce your feet forward! The ultrafly 4 has no bounce and feels fine for walking (ignoring the narrow fit and the hard high arch) but definitely very uncomfortable for running in.

I just switched from the Arahi to the Gaviota. The Arahi wide was still narrow on me and I switched to a regular Gaviota, no pain in feeling squished into the shoe and so cushiony!!!

Jeezus, $145 for a running shoe that just has compression molded EVA as its mid-sole? Where's the technology i.e. air, gel, etc etc.? A Nike Pegasus would go for less than $70 in 1995 and all it had was compression molded EVA in its midsole.

I love this shoe, but the quality is garbage... Bought 3 pair and they all blow out at the sides. It's a common complaint for this shoe.
