I just went to my local store with the intention of buying the T21, and actually ended up leaving the store with the T20 after testing both on a treadmill. It was on sale but that was not the reason why, the upper felt off to me, the T20's mesh felt a lot more comfy, breathable and elastic like I wear socks rather than shoes, the 21's upper was a lot firmer and the cushioning and bounciness felt pretty much the same to me. If possible, it is always best to go test running shoes in the store.

you can actually do the same customisation using the bright yellow everrun/powerrun (whatever that's called) insert found in previous Saucony models. It's glued to the inside part of the shoe but it can be removed. I place it below my regular insole and it makes dead shoes feel OK again and adds more bounce. It seems like it doesn't compress too much over time and I'm currently using it on my Asics EvoRide 3, who are now lightweight AND more bouncy. Definitely a more fun shoe to run in. Be wary though that doing so will decrease the total volume of the shoe, so you might want to use thinner insoles like the ones found in the Hoka Rincon for instance.

Nice one Ryan! Would you say this midsole is more dense/compact/hard then Novablast 3? Nova was bit too soft to me.

I believe the shoe I had was a manufacture defect. Upon examining the heel counter, I don’t believe it was centered correctly. I ran 20-30 miles and had to return them. It killed my achilles on my foot. I was scared I was gonna injure myself anything past a 5k. It would have been my favorite favorite shoe. I’m just hoping my theory is correct. Gonna try again with the T21s. After building my mileage back up I am absolutely in love with Ride 16.

Thank you for mentioning that your heel sits lower in the shoe. This was my one issue with the T20s. Definitely going to try on the T21s.

It’s the same midsole! If you had that issue on the 20 it’s going to be the same on the 21.

If you are still looking for an answer, I own both NB3 and T20(same midsole as T21)....the NB3s midsole felt a bit softer than the Ts, but a very minor difference. However, the softness of the NB3 is gone rather quickly, the Ts softness last much longer.

Is the sizing the same as the speed 3/pro 3 say if I’m a us9 in speed should I size up or down for the triumph ?

I personally had to go a half size up in the Speed 3. But for me the Triumph 20s ran TTS. Novoblast 3, Ride 16, Nimbus 25, Cumulus 25, Mach 5, Cloudmonsters, all in my regular size.

As a girl having wide forefeet - is the mens wider than the womens shoes for saucony?

Yep! All men’s shoes are 1 width size wider than a women’s shoe

Faithful saucony triumph runner, the toe Is uncomfortable in the 21.

Btw, it looks like a Speed 3 without a plate, nothing much.
