  It’s a lovely colour. We went to see mine being made but we never saw it as was in the paint shop. I went for a very bright colour the Miami blue but although some don’t like it I do😂😂😂 Thanks for commenting 👍

  Cheers Dave gave you a shout out a couple days before new years , then like you the wife and I got the COVID . New Year’s Eve and almost two weeks it took to get better and longer for taste and smell . Nice to see you doing well now great brew . Stay well .

  This dang Covid ain't going anywhere 🤢🤮Every time I turn around someone I know has it 🤧😷 I'm so happy you're doing better. Looks like the brew day went well. It's great that you and others in our community don't sweat efficiency. Us homebrewers pay a minimal cost for lower efficiency compared to commercial brewers - I can get 2-Row from a small maltster for $1.92 / lb (£0.78 / 500 g). The SA Lager looks wonderful, let's hope you can stay out of it until April!😆🤣Cheers and Happy & Healthy Brew Year mate🍺🍻

  Cheers Skid. I feel a lot better now and enjoyed brewing yesterday. Now that I am doing double batches I only need to brew one day a month so this new G40 is great and easier to mash in than the old G30.

  Fantastic intro. Am I silly for asking if you guys were in a Morgan? Recipe looks solid. The NovaLager is amazing yeast. It's a true game changer, even for commercial brewers. Great video. Cheers!🍺🍻

  Cheers Skid. Yes it’s a Morgan plus four with the 2 litre Turbo engine. It wasn’t that cold as we had the heated seats on and the heater blowing. As for the brew day it went smoothly enough and David and I were only slightly drunk😂 I do intend brewing this batch again and trying to take some bottles to South Africa in April as my mates there wanting to try it..   I've just used NovaLager for the first time. Slow to clear and to be honest, slow to condition, but once it does, it's a cracking yeast and highly recommended. 😊

  Yes, Peter, I have an MK 1 mx5, lives in a garage and gets very little use. My wife thinks she would feel to vunerable in it. The Morgan would be like owning an art work, you could just look at it.

  Brilliant mate - first time I've come across your videos - made my day watching this -- sounds like you come from the northern end of Sheffield - I like the adage "if in doubt get the wife to lift it out!" They tend to have bigger muscles I've found.

  Great update as usual and it's got me thinking that I need one 🤣. Brewing two batches at once is cutting the overall time in half which is the reason that I don't brew from the mash. What about getting more kegs? you could have them lined up maturing, just waiting to go in the Keezer to be served 😉🤣. Stay safe and well, SIR, cheers, Schnuz.

  Too bad about the "nauseated" commenter. You make some of the absolute best, most watchable brewtube videos out there. I'm glad you're just gonna carry on the way you always have. Nice color on the Bitter. Only a couple places I know of carry Admiral hops. From the descriptions it sounds perfect for many styles. Cheers mate!🍺🍻
