So much fun seeing you two guys brewing and hanging out, especially in your new brewery. Excellent follow-up to your awesome adventure in South Africa. The recipe looks and sounds great. I'm a firm believer in Verdant IPA yeast. Cool idea to combine it with US-05 in a brew. Like yourself, I brew totally sober. I don't drink until the brew is done and everything is cleaned. I find it's rewarding and thirst-quenching to have some beers after all that - just like after a workday, doing yard work, or in my case, performing a concert. Cheers! 🍺🍻

I forgot to add that there will be dry hops going into this brew. There will be African queen, more Southern Passion and Southern Aroma. These are all South African Hops.

very interesting adding those two different yeasts. i wonder if one will be more dominant than the other? i hope you follow this video it up with a taste test.
