Nice one Rick, I'll be pitching tomorrow, harvested some Nova yeast a while back, was tempted to do a starter but I'll just take my chances, I'll ferment at 15 C. Cheers mate.👍🍺

I've just used NovaLager for the first time. Slow to clear and to be honest, slow to condition, but once it does, it's a cracking yeast and highly recommended. 😊

It’s bloody cold here! We were frozen but the beer helped us keep warm and the log fire was nice too👍

Amazing!

Very brave driving around in these temperatures with the top down on the car. Love a brewday video but two brewers makes it twice as good 👍

Great video David in spite of my guest appearance. I'll be fermenting mine tomorrow, I'll have to see what yeast I have? Cheers mate, sorry for emptying your kegs but I couldn't resist it.😔🍻

Great update as usual, apologies on the tardy watching, I think we were away in the caravan in Brentwood in Essex when this went live, and then Christmas got in the way 🙄🤣. Perhaps a name change is required to Cheshire Keggerraider 🤔 🤣? Stay safe and well, SIR, cheers, Schnuz.

Fantastic intro. Am I silly for asking if you guys were in a Morgan? Recipe looks solid. The NovaLager is amazing yeast. It's a true game changer, even for commercial brewers. Great video. Cheers!🍺🍻

Cheers Skid. Yes it’s a Morgan plus four with the 2 litre Turbo engine. It wasn’t that cold as we had the heated seats on and the heater blowing. As for the brew day it went smoothly enough and David and I were only slightly drunk😂 I do intend brewing this batch again and trying to take some bottles to South Africa in April as my mates there wanting to try it..
