Oh the rabbit hole is getting deep 🤦🏻♂️ cheers 🍻
Absolute killer video! Beer came out looking gorgeous as well. I had the opportunity to check out that keg fermenter at CHs house and you can tell Clawhammer focuses on quality. The fact they already have some improvements in mind doesn't surprise me at all. Cheers Elementary! Muh muh muh

Oh ya easily!!!
great video. many ideas flowing for me as well on how to improve my brew space.
Great video as usual. My clawhammer system was delivered this week. Their customer service is top notch. I had a damaged piece in my delivery. I sent them an email about it. One hour and 20 minutes later I got shipping confirmation on the replacement piece. Hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday. Cheers to a fruitful 2023 brewing adventure!

Morning. Just subd to Ryan. Lots of ideas aswell. I was supposed to brew a West Coast IPA. But the wifey said "you want tamales for Christmas". Better help me today.. BREW DAY HAS BEEN POSTPONED 😁🍺🍻🎅😎. Cheers from Phoenix AZ

Nice!! Love tamales we’ve made them a few times as well for Christmas and it is quite the undertaking but totally worth it! Many hands make light work right! Cheers!
The Clawhammer keg looks fantastic. For a budget setup, has anyone out here have any experience with using the Torpedo 6 gallon kegs as a fermenter? I’ve got extra 5 gallon kegs to do a 4 gallon batch for the headroom, but doing a full 5 in a 6 gallon keg seems better. Hey, more beer. 😊

I’m sure it would work great! I’ve fermented in kegs before and the only problem for me is the headspace. I’d just rather get a full 5 gallons at the end of it I suppose. Cheers and happy new year!!!
Subbed Ryan. Happy Holidays bro!

Cheers Curt! You as well!!!
Great set up crazy jealous. Unrelated, I am coming home to Fresno for the holidays. Any breweries in the valley I need to check out? I always stop by Tioga brewing.
@ElementaryBrewingCo
Жыл бұрын
Oh yeah Tiogas great, lots of smaller breweries near them too worth checking out. If you head across town closer to Clovis you need to check out Crow and Wolf! They are super solid! If you listen to Brulosophy podcast it’s the one the always talk about, but their beers are legit!
Holy shnikees that setup is rediculous. Great video bro. Might have to add that amber to my brew list

The difference from a traditional Cornelius keg is the tri clamp lid and the size. The Clawhammer keg is 6.5 gallons so its a bit taller and wider than a traditional keg.
What recipe did you go by? It looks good. Beautiful looking beer

What is the black and clear plastic looking tubular thing on the side of your keezer?

It’s a magnetic cup holder with no cups in it. Got it so when the kids are playing outside they can get water without having to go in the house.

Where’s a good home brewery shop in the Central Valley? I heard you said Fresno. Wondering if there’s anything near Visalia. I’m trying to get into the hobby
@ElementaryBrewingCo
Жыл бұрын
Fresno is the closest to me in Visalia. It’s called Becomes and it’s right next to South of Shaw Brewing downtown. He’s got a decent selection of stuff and it’s worth the drive. I know Ryan is holding a class there soon for beginners, definitely check it out!
How long was brew day? Including cleanup
