Brilliant mate - first time I've come across your videos - made my day watching this -- sounds like you come from the northern end of Sheffield - I like the adage "if in doubt get the wife to lift it out!" They tend to have bigger muscles I've found.

Great update as usual and it's got me thinking that I need one 🤣. Brewing two batches at once is cutting the overall time in half which is the reason that I don't brew from the mash. What about getting more kegs? you could have them lined up maturing, just waiting to go in the Keezer to be served 😉🤣. Stay safe and well, SIR, cheers, Schnuz.

Cheers my mate. I was quite pleased in how it went for the first brew. It was a bit rushed but i I got the OG I wanted. Just hoping it tastes ok. Will do a tasting video at some point.
